No options appear when searching for icons.

I have used MYO Studio to export music from a Yoto playlist, I can play it in Windows Media player but not iTunes for some reason! Any idea on this?

Trying to add audio already uploaded on another playlist to a new playlist, but nothing is showing in the left-hand window. I've done this before, so I'm not sure what changed! Let me know if you need any more information. Thank you for all you do with this!!

I press the "find matching playlist button" and nothing happens. I went through the MYO Studio FAQ and checked all website permissions and it is still not working. The strange thing is it was working last night but the same issue came up. I was then able to fix it by restarting the browser but that is no longer working and I can't get it to pop up at all. I even went back and double checked on the ones I was working on last night like the Harry Potter ones. Those had a lot of playlists to choose from and now there is no pop up and when I click on "browse playlist" it pops up but shows there are "0" even though last night it showed many. Help I am new to MYO Studio and last night was the first night I used it.

When I downloaded one of my uploaded files I noticed it had an extension of .mp3 but an AAC encoding. This should have an extension of .m4a

Downloading a playlist as a zip, only downloads an empty zip file.
